LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Dear Botanics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products once shipped. Tracking can be provided to assist with claims through the shipping company. For damaged items, you may be asked to provide images if the damage occurred during transit.
